This is for your VNEA membership card. Sanction Fees are $15.00 before December 15th and $17.00 after December 15th. The membership period runs from July to June; therefore, 9-Ball players will already be sanctioned for the following 8-Ball season. All players must register and pay in order to participate.

IF THIS FORM IS NOT SUBMITTED WITH THE APPROPRIATE FEES BY THE FIRST TIME OF PLAY, THE PLAYER'S SCORES WILL NOT BE COUNTED.
